I’ve been practicing meditation for a while but usually only for short sessions or while on the road somewhere. Sometimes I was able to get myself in a state of mind similar to what is possible with the help of the flashing lights sequence and this app. But here, feelings of peace, calm, elevation, colorful patterns, movement, swirling and spinning sensations are generated almost instantly and without fail. A great way to seek refuge and contemplation.

Natürlich kann eine Handy App einen nicht auf einen Trip schicken, aber die Mischung aus Musik und Licht ist eine recht interessante und entspannende Erfahrung. Als jemand der in der Nähe der Niederlande lebt, habe ich so einige Erfahrungen mit Trüffeln gemacht und kann sagen, dass die App so nahe an eine Psychedelische Erfahrung herankommt wie es ohne illegale Substanzen möglich ist. Am besten einfach selber Ausprobieren.
