I would wish this service to be available in every country I am traveling to. Makes the life so much comfortable! All the captains are available on WhatsApp during the pickup and delivery. They have also all be very nice and friendly. The application is working without any problems. I will definitely recommend this service to all my friends visiting Dubai and will be missing you guys going home…

All you need in one App

Every now and then there’s an issue with captains or the system, and the ride gets cancelled — yet I’m still charged. Why should I pay for problems on your side? Then I have to contact support every time just to get a refund. That’s not fair. If a ride is cancelled by the captain or due to system errors, the charge should be reversed automatically. Customers shouldn’t have to chase refunds for your mistakes.

I used the App during my vacation in Dubai and think it’s brilliant. I often ordered food and grocery and everything worked perfectly. I had once contact with the support team and I have to say that Fatima was very kind and helpful. Thank you very much for the support!

Ordered food and paid in cash. Gave the driver 25% tip. Still outstanding payment in the app. First I have to pay the outstanding payment and can’t order a taxi or anything. Contacted the help desk yesterday. No reply until now. Contacted it again. No reply. Bad service.

I used the app in Dubai two Times and the 2nd time before dubai Mall the driver took somebody Else and I paid already.
