And the App Support Link in the AppStore ironically launches the app, presumably in order to show some kind of support page, which of course fails blatantly when you need support because the app keeps dying.

Will there ever be a dark mode?

Please put a working link to your app support page into the iOS app, so bug reports can go there. Next, please fix the awful not-smooth scrolling in the app. Afterwards make sure, that the cnn app does not memory leak and repeatedly freezes my iPhone 8

Absolutely great for news from the US. But please shorten the endless links in your articles to one or two words. It‘s almost impossible to scroll without landing inadvertently on linked pages. That is extremely disturbing.

I keep pushing links accidentally. Somehow this app is very, very sensitive, sometimes even slow scrolling triggers links...

Great App, but since iOS 13 came out links are way too sensitive. Just scrolling through the article a dozen pages pop up.

With the latest release of the App it is upsetting me that constantly new articles or browser windows open up. This is really very bad experience when you are constantly disrupted while reading a story. Please, roll back this annoying feature.

Those links make reading an article nearly impossible, as every link you touch while scrolling triggers it, and you end up in a different article/app...
