Great app. Fantastic app honesty. But 2 stars go to waste for greediness. We’re all here to make money but to maintain an app, 70€ a year for the annual sub is insane imo. It only works because there’s no competition. Hope apple will take over soon, great for all of us if they buy your service and we end users get it for free

Ich mag die App sehr, sie ist sehr schön gestaltet und hilft mir bei meinen Flugreisen immer sofort alle Updates zu erhalten, meist sogar noch vor den Benachrichtigungen der Fluggesellschaften.

Habe von AppInTheAir gewechselt und nichts bereut. Extrem aktuelle Daten, meist schneller als die Apps der Airlines und vor allem alle Flüge in einer App. ❤️

Die Werbung suggeriert, dass die Flighty die schnellste App ist. Heute im FFM kam die Gateänderung 20 Minuten nach der Airline. Da braucht man die App nicht und kann Geld sparen.

I really like the app. Even bought lifetime. But I still miss a feature to just see all flights (mine and my friends) in one list, no drop-downs. And the email import is not working for more complex emails (eg. booking.com or BCD Travel)

If I had one word to describe the app it would be „polished“. It’s such an amazing app. The design, its simplicity, the great integration into the  ecosystem and its advanced features make it a well rounded package. + it has a one time purchase option which is nice ;)

Sehr gut geeignet um Flüge zu suchen und zu verfolgen. Die App gibt tolle Einblicke auch auf Daten, die man so normalerweise nicht bekommt, wie z.B. vorrausschliche Verspätungen. Die App scheint ProMotion zu nutzen und funktioniert klasse auf dem Mac mit Apple Chip

Eine gute App mit großem Potenzial. Leider sind die Daten oft sehr verzögert (was beispielsweise die Option „wo ist mein Flugzeug“ unbrauchbar macht) und auch die Darstellung ist verbesserungsbedürftig. Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt ist die fehlende Möglichkeit alte manuell nachzutragen (das zu integrieren sollte ja eigentlich nicht so schwer sein). Very functional and reliable re flight delays, gate changes, baggage belts etc. Very fast, easy to use, works across all my iDevices flawlessly. Love the calendar management and the Friend‘s Flights features. Beautiful interface visualizing all the future and past flights. Perfect.

The app looks nice, but this kind if app lives or dies based on the data accuracy and the data here is just not that good. I fly about a dozen times year within Europe, and had probably that many flights with the app. Gates are wrong, it never knows about delays, incoming plane is almost universally wrong, and on a couple flights it got stuff in a loop spamming me with constant notifications for a phantom tail number change. Finde die App Flighty jetzt schon deutlich besser als z.B. „App in the Air“! Aufgeräumter, moderner und deutlich bessere Übersichten. Läuft stabil und hängt nicht. Sehr durchdacht. Wenn noch weitere Funktionen dazukommen, wie z.B. Flüge aus der Vergangenheit manuell hinzu zu fügen, die nicht im System gefunden werden können, dann wird die App noch stärker. For a non frequent flyer like me, the weekly subscription for 3,99€ is ideal as I only need it two or three times a year. App in the Sir doesn’t offer that.

For this price, unfortunately it’s not sufficiently accurate (fligh data is often shown very late - the plane already departed,…) - nice idea, but not accurate enough.

Die App ist sehr praktisch und erfreut zudem durch ein super Design. Die Vorhersagen sind meistens sehr präzise und schnell, aber halt nicht immer. Die App hat einen riesigen Funktionsumfang, den man allerdings zum Großteil nur nutzen kann, wenn man Geld zahlt und das kann echt teuer werden.

I don't quite understand why you only offer annual subscriptions. why not also monthly or weekly subscriptions?

The app is, in many ways, really good. I’ve been using it for quite some time now. Two shortcomings stand out though: - There are no updates for delays, gate numbers, terminals, etc. Thus, the info displayed is often inaccurate, given how many changes occur at airports. - There is still no Apple Watch app. For me, a decent Apple Watch would be more important than an iPhone app. Developing one isn’t really that hard, given how many online resources there are on developing watchOS apps with Swif

Some flights are not covered appropriately, e.g. flights by Eurowings Discover where another airline is displayed when searching for an Eurowings Discover flight (“4Uxxxx”). For this flight no details such as gate, delays etc. were provided. Experienced in Dec. 2022.

I have to say I am really impressed. The app knew my flight got cancelled way before I got the information from the airline. Plus great design and sufficient information, even without the pro version.

Flighty is a well-designed, helpful and fun app to use. While its full potential does merit a paid tier, the current pricing is excessive for what it offers.

Die App ist sehr gut aufgebaut. Die Liveaktivitäten bringen einen sehr guten Überblick. Eine deutsche Version der App wäre aber wünschenswert.

Cool ans Handy Application. The calendar Import is Not working properly. Almost never recognizes new flights.

Ich hätte sogar Premium gekauft, aber die App ist nicht zuverlässiger oder besser als Flightaware etc. Wir sitzen seit 1 Std im Flugzeug und warten auf den Start - laut der App sind wir „on time“ - sinnlos. Änderungen des Gates werden auch nicht zuverlässig angezeigt und unterscheiden sich gerne mal von den Schildern am Flughafen oder sogar von der Angabe auf dem Boardingpass.

Und dafür zu Teuer. Ja, die App ist überdurchschnittlich gut designed - aber 5,99€ pro Woche - und dann wird mir in T5 Heathrow „Gate 10E“ für meinen BA Flug angezeigt - das gibt es nicht. Für Eyecandy ist der Preis schlicht zu hoch. Die Trackingfunktion mit Live-Aktivitäten von KAYAK ist funktional ähnlich, nur nicht 100% so schick. Dafür aber kostenfrei.

Das Design ist sehr schön, die Daten oft falsch oder verzögert. Boarding-Zeit fehlt. Ich finde es unverschämt bei dem 300€ Pro Plan 200€ extra zu verlangen um die Familie einladen zu können.

Die App ist ganz nett gemacht. In der free Version jedoch ziemlich nutzlos. Die Pro-Version einen Monat für den Urlaub getestet, was ziemlich enttäuschend war. Die Infos zu Abflug und Ankunft sind weit weg von Echtzeit. Mittlerweile gibt es wesentlich besseres kostenlos im Netz. Ein Abo-Modell für die paar Infos ist einfach übertrieben

A Jet fehlt. Bekomme nichts. Warum soll ich kaufen?

Die App ist super, schön designed und perfekt an iPhones vor allem die, welche eine Dynamic Island besitzen angepasst. Also an sich nichts zu meckern. Jedoch muss man für jegliche Funktionen massen an Abo-Geldern bezahlen: Du willst live Benachrichtigungen…BEZAHLEN!!!, du willst live Aktivitäten? (Anzeige des Flugs in der Dynamic Island)… BEZAHLEN!!!. Sozusagen alle Funktionen, für welche man diese App benutzen würde kosten Geld. Wirklich sehr schade, vor allem bei solch einem riesigen Pot

Told me flight was delayed by 27 mins even though screens in airport said it was on time. It boarded on time, landed 12 mins early. Glad we swung by the gate just in case. Won't use again since I can't trust it.
