Great App, but to make it perfect, it would be good to add a translation functionality (maybe with the help of LLM)

Medium have a web site and an app and neither works properly. First click to edit a place in a longer article jumps to the top of the page every time. Open in app frequently opens the app store, instead of the app. Both cannot insert a paragraph between *** and an image. The app cannot properly handle image captions, etc. Terribly irresponsible and incompetent. Focus on one technology and do it properly.

Great new forum with thoughtful articles on just about anything. Worth checking out.

Ich schätze besonders die Verfügbarkeit einer Vielzahl von Artikeln, die sowohl von Fachleuten auf ihrem Gebiet als auch von normalen Benutzern veröffentlicht werden. Dies ermöglicht es, vielseitige Meinungen und Ansichten zu verschiedenen Themen zu erhalten.

Ich sehe im Moment nur Sachen auf Englisch und nur wenn ich gezielt suche, finde ich ein, zwei Artikel auf deutsch. Wäre schön wenn es sprachen Eistellungen gebe.

I use medium almost daily and it is easy to use and its content easy (optically) to read for me. From time to time I need to translate what I read to my mother language. For some unknown reason I cannot select and translate text written in the comments section. What a pity and despite the many bug fixes over the last year this strange behavior has not been fixed. What an ignorance.

I like the medium app because it is easy to find information and stories about current topics (in almost every domain). Saving articles for later in different lists, really helps organizing. Making them offline available (e.g.) when traveling is a big plus.

The articles cannot be copied and pasted into an app for translation into another language, nor is it possible to translate an article in the medium app using a button.
