Okay App, Issues with support

The app itself is good in terms of usability—smooth and easy to navigate. However, the meal plan options are quite limited and catered towards specific cuisines, so it didn't really suit what I like to eat. My main issue though: payment reminders never come through as promised, so I was charged for a renewal I didn't want. I tried to request a refund via the email they provide, but it doesn't work—leaving me in a tough spot. €22 for a year is affordable, but as a student who can't use the app
