I love the app

I wish they would release or do ads for the newest items in our German app at the same time as they do in the US. There is nothing about the new BiE universe Labubu or the pin ones that will come out soon. Other than that, I was lucky to get what I wanted from every release. Please pop mart make sure to update your apps in every country at the same time.

Läuft alles super

… aber die Performance in Deutschland könnte verbessert werden. Ausverkauft sind die meisten Produkte sowieso. Aber vieles kann ich nicht mal sehen (Zimomo etc.), geschweige denn bestellen. A little frustrating with all due respect. Camila tröstet mich immer. Mehr kann sie auch nicht tun.

I ordered 4 figures, but only 3 arrived. One package contained only stones instead of a figure. I have not received any refund. :[

Soweit kann ich mich nicht beklagen, außer einer Kleinigkeit das manche Artikel irgendwie nie wieder kommen nachdem sie nur zur Veröffentlichung online waren

They don’t accept my phonenumber and can’t even say why. They always out of stock and the variety is limited in my country. I count myself lucky because my city has a store but is an hour away and also legs variety.

Selling always works. All other things like notifications, shop locator fav product browser I‘m not sure if it’s a bug or they never worked.
