SocialFocus: Ablenkung Blocker App-Rezensionen

Wenn man unter Startseite „Gesponserte Beiträge ausblenden“ aktiviert, werden zugleich auch auf der eigenen Profilseite keine Beiträge mehr angezeigt. Diese Funktion ist also derzeit nicht zu gebrauchen. Schade.

Wann immer ich versehentlich einen YouTube-Short anklicke, bin ich erst mal für eine halbe Stunde weg. Ich merke gar nicht, wie die Zeit verrinnt. SocialFocus schützt mich vor mir selbst bzw. vor den Konzernen, die meine menschliche Schwäche ausnutzen. Beste app!

Top app but the main reason I bought it for (The function to block Recommended posts on the home) has not been working for months now… [it has been fixed now] But new bug: when I go to Instagram I have to deactivate and reactivate the extension to make it work

Auf YT sieht man noch den Short Button unten. Ich hab YT Blocker geladen dann ist er weg. Aber für den Preis sollte auch dieses Programm das können! Machen sie weiter so! Sie schenken vielen Leute ein normales Leben !!!

Very good App but I can‘t use it on Instagram on my iPad anymore because the most important features like disable the reels button or hide stories etc. don‘t work right now. I would be very glad if you can fix it.

Mit dieser App macht YouTube wieder Spaß, weil ich die Shorts ausblenden kann, in denen ich sonst meine Zeit verschwende.

Wait ! I bought the app and then when I open it you ask me to subscribe ?? So I pay and then I have to pay again? That doesn’t make any sense whatsoever

I love that I can visit YouTube again and just watch the video I came for. And not be sucked into watching more videos than I wanted.

Best 2 Euros that i ever spend - i feel like i got my life back lol. The fact that it is so customizable also makes the integration sustainable for all the times when i have to use social media to find something or for work. Its a way better approach than all the blockers because it does not cause huge cravings but reduced the distractions and harmful technologcial aspects of social media.

It took me a while to find this perfect solution. This is one application or better said extension that fixes all my problems with YouTube and Instagram, as a fellow developer shout out to this guy for saving my attention span.

Ich habe das Paket mit Social Focus und Untrap for Youtube gekauft. Die Erweiterungen ließen sich beide gut einrichten und erfordern auch nur den Zugriff auf die jeweiligen Websites. Mein Umgang mit Youtube und Instagram am Macbook und iPhone hat sich dadurch deutlich verbessert und ich bin sehr froh über die Zeit, welche ich dadurch gewinnen kann. Vielen Dank! Einen Feedback-Vorschlag hätte ich noch: Wäre es möglich, dass man ein Scroll-Limit für Instagram einstellt: So, dass einem zB nur 20 B

3 suggestions: - PLEASE make it possible in the Instagram app to block reels. Why is it not possible? This would be sooo cool and I would give you 5+ stars!!! - please add Snapchat to your list (the „stories“ tab of Snapchat) - please add a password function to block the app itself, so one can give the password to a friend and not unblock the functions themselves and „cheat“. Would love to see those functions, would also pay for it. Thanks for not making this app a subscription model!

The App is definitely worth its money and does a great job, but please add the option to hide thumbnails on youtube, as they work as clickbait and successfully distract one.

Wirklich Hammer! Das einzige was ich vermisse, ist auf Instagram das Ausblenden von “recommended for you”, nachdem man mit dem abonnierten Feed durch ist.

Ich hatte gehofft, dass man die Website Instagram auf seinem Homebildschirm als App speichern kann und die Extension bleibt. Das scheint allerdings nicht möglich zu sein. Das ist kein Fehler der Extension, sondern leider einfach von Apple. Die Extension an sich ist große Klasse. Im Webbrowser funktioniert alles einwandfrei und man hat mehr Optionen als man in Wahrheit benötigt. Vielen Dank an die Person, die diese Extension in den Appstore gebracht hat!

War für eine lange Zeit super, geht aber leider seit kurzem nicht mehr. Beispielsweise die Youtube Thumbnails werden nicht mehr automatisch ausgeblendet. Genauso gehen leider viele der anderen Funktionen nicht mehr. Auch ein Update von iOS hat nicht geholfen. Wenn das gefixed wird gerne wieder 5 Sterne.

I think if i'm paying for an app it should work, i know it used to but that cant be an excuse
