Easy to use, very helpful.

Reliable and on time

Somehow and many times the app did fulfill the basic need to find a suitable route and transportation mode, but too often the app didn’t even find any route. It also didn’t always update the current location properly. I often had to use Google maps or Apple maps to find a travel option. Else: it would be helpful to have the option to show more alternatives travel options.

I have the impression that Google Maps offers better routes.

Die App ist ein MUSS für den London Besuch. Man muss sich etwas damit befassen, dann gelingt die Bewegung in der Stadt ohne Mühe. Alle ! Haltestellen in London haben einen festen Buchstaben, den die App anzeigt . Umsteigen etc. geht damit sehr sicher, weil auch Wege von einer zur nächsten Haltestelle angezeigt werden, MIT ! Straßenseite . Es werden meist diverse Alternativen angeboten, es lassen sich auch bestimmte Transportmittel ausschließen. Oft empfiehlt sich die längere Fahrt mit dem Bus ,

I like the design and UI but the live arrivals/departures don’t always update when the app is re-foregrounded which is annoying.

Worst travel plannig app in my life. Switched to ‚Citymapper‘ app quickly. It‘s much better!
