Need to cancel your CuidaVen subscription or delete the app? This guide provides step-by-step instructions for iPhones, Android devices, PCs (Windows/Mac), and PayPal. Remember to cancel at least 24 hours before your trial ends to avoid charges.

CuidaVen Unsubscribe Instructions
Unsubscribing from CuidaVen is easy. Follow these steps based on your device:
Canceling CuidaVen Subscription on iPhone or iPad:
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name at the top to access your Apple ID.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Here, you'll see all your active subscriptions. Find CuidaVen and tap on it.
- Press Cancel Subscription.
Canceling CuidaVen Subscription on Android:
- Open the Google Play Store.
- Ensure you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
- Tap the Menu icon, then Subscriptions.
- Select CuidaVen and tap Cancel Subscription.
Canceling CuidaVen Subscription on Paypal:
- Log into your PayPal account.
- Click the Settings icon.
- Navigate to Payments, then Manage Automatic Payments.
- Find CuidaVen and click Cancel.
Congratulations! Your CuidaVen subscription is canceled, but you can still use the service until the end of the billing cycle.

Delete CuidaVen from iPhone or iPad:
To delete CuidaVen from your iOS device, follow these steps:
- Locate the CuidaVen app on your home screen.
- Long press the app until options appear.
- Select Remove App and confirm.
Delete CuidaVen from Android:
- Find CuidaVen in your app drawer or home screen.
- Long press the app and drag it to Uninstall.
- Confirm to uninstall.
Note: Deleting the app does not stop payments.

Cuidaven® es una aplicación informática del ámbito de la salud diseñada para ser ejecutada en teléfonos inteligentes, tabletas y otros dispositivos móviles. Cuidaven® pertenece al Servicio Andaluz de Salud (SAS), es gratuita y surge a raíz de un Proyecto de Innovación (PIN-0288-2018) financiado por la Consejería de Salud y Familias de la Junta de Andalucía y con el visto bueno del Comité de Ética e Investigación de Huelva.
Se enmarca dentro del programa de Centros Comprometidos con la Excelencia en Cuidados (CCEC®/BPSO®) y cuenta con el apoyo de la Estrategia de Cuidados de Andalucía (Picuida).
Cuidaven® está dirigida a profesionales y estudiantes sanitarios que trabajan en el cuidado de los dispositivos venosos (DV): médicos, enfermeras y técnicos de cuidados auxiliares de enfermería. También está dirigida a personas adultas, pediátricas y neonatos portadoras de DV, así como a sus familiares y cuidadores.
El objetivo principal de Cuidaven® es disminuir las Complicaciones asociadas al uso de los DV, mejorar las competencias de las enfermeras, promover la Educación Sanitaria y la Seguridad del Paciente de las personas portadoras de DV, y mejorar su Satisfacción, Conocimiento y Calidad de Vida.
