Need to cancel your PEcho subscription or delete the app? This guide provides step-by-step instructions for iPhones, Android devices, PCs (Windows/Mac), and PayPal. Remember to cancel at least 24 hours before your trial ends to avoid charges.

PEcho Unsubscribe Instructions

Unsubscribing from PEcho is easy. Follow these steps based on your device:

Canceling PEcho Subscription on iPhone or iPad:

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap your name at the top to access your Apple ID.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Here, you'll see all your active subscriptions. Find PEcho and tap on it.
  5. Press Cancel Subscription.

Canceling PEcho Subscription on Android:

  1. Open the Google Play Store.
  2. Ensure you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
  3. Tap the Menu icon, then Subscriptions.
  4. Select PEcho and tap Cancel Subscription.

Canceling PEcho Subscription on Paypal:

  1. Log into your PayPal account.
  2. Click the Settings icon.
  3. Navigate to Payments, then Manage Automatic Payments.
  4. Find PEcho and click Cancel.

Congratulations! Your PEcho subscription is canceled, but you can still use the service until the end of the billing cycle.

Delete PEcho from iPhone or iPad:

To delete PEcho from your iOS device, follow these steps:

  1. Locate the PEcho app on your home screen.
  2. Long press the app until options appear.
  3. Select Remove App and confirm.

Delete PEcho from Android:

  1. Find PEcho in your app drawer or home screen.
  2. Long press the app and drag it to Uninstall.
  3. Confirm to uninstall.

Note: Deleting the app does not stop payments.

This app is organized by procedures. If you're starting an aortic valve replacement surgery, open the aortic valve section and start inputing values to assess the severity of the aortic valve pathology. These values can be used to calculate valve area and even troubleshoot replacement valves. Levels of evidence based off of publications from Journal of American Society of Echocardiography (JASE) and American Heart Association (AHA), are listed within the app.

The app includes the following sections and metrics:

Aortic stenosis: peak velocity, mean gradient, valve area via continuity equation, dimensionless index (DVI)
