Unsubscribing from Rheinbahn is easy. Follow these steps based on your device:
Canceling Rheinbahn Subscription on iPhone or iPad:
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name at the top to access your Apple ID.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Here, you'll see all your active subscriptions. Find Rheinbahn and tap on it.
- Press Cancel Subscription.

- Open the Google Play Store.
- Ensure you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
- Tap the Menu icon, then Subscriptions.
- Select Rheinbahn and tap Cancel Subscription.
Canceling Rheinbahn Subscription on Paypal:
- Log into your PayPal account.
- Click the Settings icon.
- Navigate to Payments, then Manage Automatic Payments.
- Find Rheinbahn and click Cancel.
Congratulations! Your Rheinbahn subscription is canceled, but you can still use the service until the end of the billing cycle.

Simply check in with the App and check out again at the end of your journey. The fare is calculated automatically according to the linear kilometres travelled. The total cost per month is no more than 49 euros.
- TICKETS: In the Rheinbahn App you have access to the entire range of VRR tickets, VRS and NRW tickets and, of course, also the Deutschlandticket. You can also buy tickets for your bicycle or first-class tickets. We have made it even easier for you to buy your ticket and you can choose from various ways to pay: SEPA direct debit, credit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express), prepaid (not possible with eezy.nrw) and PayPal.
