Unsubscribing from SiciliaSiCura is easy. Follow these steps based on your device:

Canceling SiciliaSiCura Subscription on iPhone or iPad:

Open the Settings app.
Tap your name at the top to access your Apple ID.
Tap Subscriptions.
Here, you'll see all your active subscriptions. Find SiciliaSiCura and tap on it.
Press Cancel Subscription.

Canceling SiciliaSiCura Subscription on Android:

Open the Google Play Store.
Ensure you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
Tap the Menu icon, then Subscriptions.
Select SiciliaSiCura and tap Cancel Subscription.

Canceling SiciliaSiCura Subscription on Paypal:

Log into your PayPal account.
Click the Settings icon.
Navigate to Payments, then Manage Automatic Payments.
Find SiciliaSiCura and click Cancel.

Further to the “Order no. 24 of June 6, 2020” issued by the President of the Sicilian Region, when you are planning a trip to Sicily or booking services related to your trip (flight, train, ferry, ship), you are required to register on SiciliaSicura.com, by either starting the registration procedure on the portal or tapping on the "Register" button of the APP SiciliaSiCura.

After registering, a welcome message will be sent to your email along with instructions for completing the registration. By clicking on the received link, you will be able to reach the page for creating your personal password.

On the day of arrival in Sicily, a second e-mail will be sent to you with detailed instructions for using SiciliaSiCura.

As soon as you enter Sicily, you will have to check-in by confirming your presence in Sicily. After logging in with your credentials, you will be able to send a first message about your health conditions on arrival. This will allow the Regional Health Service (RHS) to know all visitors’ health conditions upon arrival in Sicily.

You will receive a courtesy notice daily, reminding you what to do in case you experience symptoms related to Covid-19.
