Siticard Unsubscribe Instructions
Unsubscribing from Siticard is easy. Follow these steps based on your device:
Canceling Siticard Subscription on iPhone or iPad:
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name at the top to access your Apple ID.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Here, you'll see all your active subscriptions. Find Siticard and tap on it.
- Press Cancel Subscription.
Canceling Siticard Subscription on Android:
- Open the Google Play Store.
- Ensure you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
- Tap the Menu icon, then Subscriptions.
- Select Siticard and tap Cancel Subscription.
Canceling Siticard Subscription on Paypal:
- Log into your PayPal account.
- Click the Settings icon.
- Navigate to Payments, then Manage Automatic Payments.
- Find Siticard and click Cancel.
Congratulations! Your Siticard subscription is canceled, but you can still use the service until the end of the billing cycle.
How to Delete Siticard - Siticard from Your iOS or Android
Delete Siticard from iPhone or iPad:
To delete Siticard from your iOS device, follow these steps:
- Locate the Siticard app on your home screen.
- Long press the app until options appear.
- Select Remove App and confirm.
Delete Siticard from Android:
- Find Siticard in your app drawer or home screen.
- Long press the app and drag it to Uninstall.
- Confirm to uninstall.
Note: Deleting the app does not stop payments.

What is Siticard?

Wherever you are and at any time you will be aware of the current state of your transport card. Just launch the Siticard app and find out the balance by barcode or number of your card. The balance information is updated at least once a day after collecting notices of payment for the trips from the transport validators.
You can top-up a transport card using a payment card of any bank without a commission. It is also possible to change the tariff of the transport card to a more suitable one for you.
ATTENTION: Paid operations for Nizhny Novgorod transport cards can be written in the balance terminals in the Nizhny Novgorod Metro or MFC. The replenishment and prolongation operations for all kind of cards can be written in the transport validator when traveling the next day after payment (tariff change operations cannot be written in transport validator).
You will find out in the Siticard app everything about your trips using your transport card. You will be able to clarify not only the date and time of the trip, but also the type of transport, route number, as well as the tariff at which the fare was paid.
