  I have two user Ids on my apple device for separate players. I Would appreciate advice of how to select the alternative Id. In the past there was a screen popped up frequently offering the selection, but now this screen appears not available. Help!

  I cannot download models any longer on my Android phone. I am getting an error message "Failed to download, please check your connection". There is nothing wrong with my Internet connection both on mobile data or WiFi. I have deleted the app and re-installed it. This has not solved the issue. please can you help?
