Midway thru a game, we had a run of blue tiles 10-11-12. A set the was added to the list, a joker, a yellow 13, a red 13. The joker became a blue 13 in the run. I wanted to take the 13s away as a freestanding set if 3 tiles, then replace the joker with my black 13. This was ruled as not allowed, since the joker had been played as a blue 13 and was therefore fixed as blue. I disagreed as the 13s could be separated with losing the integrity of either the exisy blue run or the set of 13s. Any thoughts!
