    Does anyone else actually READ any of these messages?
    Does anyone ever answer them?
    Do they ever get to Yahoo?
    Does Yahoo even care about the unreliability of their service, or their uncontactability when something goes wrong?
    Will they compensate me if I get a tax office fine for "non-compliance" if I fail to respond to an important message that I CAN'T ACCESS?

    WHY is Yahoo "Help" SO BLOODY UNHELPFUL?
    For WEEKS now I have been locked out of my email account, with NO explanation, and NO way of getting help or of contacting Yahoo, or of regaining access to vital business and legal communications. Instead, I get an error message which says "We cannot log you in. Try again using a different device." Since then I have used four different devices, three different operating systems, and two separate methods of connecting to the internet. ALL FAIL!
    None of the FAQs address the error message I receive. Attempts to contact a Yahoo specialist all result in an endless loop of re-entering my email address, which I can't access anyway.
    Entering my phone number to get a verification code has for days and repeated attempts resulted in an endless loop of non-connection. The verification code has never arrived and there has been no "Attempt failed. Please try again" message.
    HOW do I regain access to my Yahoo email account?
    WHAT IS YAHOO GOING TO DO ABOUT THIS DISGRACEFUL FAILURE - OR DENIAL - OF SERVICE?

    For more than a week, every time I have tried to log into my Yahoo email account, I have received this very unhelpful error message: "We could not sign you in. Try again from a different device." Yahoo's "Help" pages DO NOT HELP AT ALL because they do not even recognise this error. I have followed every avenue I can find. All lead eventually to dead ends or I find myself in an endless loop of providing my details , then stating my problem, then being returned to the details dialogue box. Occasionally I am directed down a path which again asks for my account details... before bluntly informing me that "A yahoo specialist is not available." (WHY does Yahoo send people down a dead-end path which they apparently know in advance is NOT going to solve their problem?
    So, does anyone KNOW how to get around this persistent, infuriating login error - which MUST BE at Yahoo's end?
    Yahoo have made it quite clear that they have no interest in solving this problem.
