I love shopping at Ace. I’m gonna tell you you go to one of the big home improvement stores, and you cannot find an employee that can tell you where the bathroom is let alone where to find a shark bite fitting. I love the fact I walk into the store ask them a question and not only do they tell me what aisle it’s in. They tell me where it is on the aisle. What shelf fits onwhat item is on each side of it love Ace Hardware. They are without a doubt, the best customer service in the business.

You have a worker there named Michael he’s in Hobe sound Stewart on federal Highway in Florida. He is a tremendous tremendous knowledgeable man and he should be elevated to manage that store because there’s no manager there. He takes over everything he takes care of everything.
