I believe strongly in supporting our local merchants if we want the convenience of shopping at a close by hardware store. The staff has always been very helpful and easy to work with.

One of the nicest and well organized ACE hardware stores I have ever been in. Service was 4.0 and will be making this my Ace Hardware store for future purchases!

Every single time I go to my local Ace Hardware I am greeted with a smile and someone asks if I need any help. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. I will always patronize Ace. The customer service can’t be beaten. And if they don’t have what I need (hasn’t happened yet), they can order it. Good customer service beats a massive inventory every time! You can have the big box stores. I choose Ace.

I had four outstanding employees that made my buying experience a pleasure! They help me with the Ace App. They ordered a shed. I used my $10 coupon to buy a shovel! Great day!

I love shopping at Ace. I’m gonna tell you you go to one of the big home improvement stores, and you cannot find an employee that can tell you where the bathroom is let alone where to find a shark bite fitting. I love the fact I walk into the store ask them a question and not only do they tell me what aisle it’s in. They tell me where it is on the aisle. What shelf fits onwhat item is on each side of it love Ace Hardware. They are without a doubt, the best customer service in the business.

You have a worker there named Michael he’s in Hobe sound Stewart on federal Highway in Florida. He is a tremendous tremendous knowledgeable man and he should be elevated to manage that store because there’s no manager there. He takes over everything he takes care of everything.

I have become too rely on Simpson hardware on liberty. All of there staff has always given me top notch service. They don’t treat their customers as a potential sales. They genuinely want to give their customers the best service and help they can offer! I am constantly working with them on a daily basis and they always give me outstanding service!!!!

Defaults to a store 40 miles away. Change store and when app opened again it goes back to the other store.

John helped me at the Collinsville Beltline Ace Hardware. Super fast service and got exactly what I came for.

The staff is great . Alec is very helpful and will spend time to make sure I know about the product and what I can expect the results to be. The garden center is great with good people working in it.

I always go to Ace before the big box stores, less than a mile away, prices are rarely much less than 50c to $1 on most items at Home Depot and Lowes, and the help I get every time at Ace is something I rave about to anyone who will listen. They even go out of their way to order one off items for me. The coupons are a huge win too.

Bristol ace in Bristol Fla is the best

Wild Bird Seed premium. Full of little brown seeds that the birds and squirrels and even the rats will not eat. It’s a filler for this 20 pound bag. I am now stuck with unusable seed that is about half of the seed in the bag.

I like how you just give your cell # at the check out to gain rewards 👍👍

This has happened multiple times where they say they have plenty of stock of basic things like fertilizer when you order online for pick up. After several hours, you get a notice, they don’t have it available. It happens a lot. I just won’t shop there anymore.

Almost impossible to find what you are looking for in the app. No matter how specific you are in the search term it still brings up 6 million totally unrelated items. And then the filters are 90% unrelated categories.
