Your app keeps showing canceled movies. this makes the app look messy. The app is also always down and nothing loads.

Getting extremely sick and tired of the app experiencing glitches and outages almost every month now. It’s honestly exhausting and embarrassing when I get to the theater and try to scan my ticket only to be unable because for WHATEVER reason the app is experiencing issues AGAIN! And it sucks that they have no live customer service or real people in a call center that could assist or at the very least give information on what’s going on.
