It was OK but not when I expected

I love how the staff is always friendly and helpful at AMC Veterans 24 and love there refreshments and the Dolby theatre is just so awesome to watch movies in

Haven’t been going as often as l like to but AMC is my place!

There was no hotdogs available and when I ordered the brisket sliders bun was over toasted and the meat was cold

The concession area was filthy. There was trash and spilled drinks on the counter around the beverage area. There was also trash in the floor around that area. The counter around the popcorn station was also dirty. Employees were standing around talking.

I love the app, it truly encapsulates the desires and dreams of me and my favorite movies!

Is there a new app to be able to use the amc app on an iPad. My iOS is older. Or do I need to use the Fandango app

The app is extremely easy to use. Booking, ordering and canceling have all been made simple. I highly recommend AList subscription. This is great for adults and kids. 3 free movies a week with rewards for concessions. My husband and I constantly are getting free concessions. It is the cheapest form of entertainment and gets you out of the house and engaged with others for cinematic experiences.

Great place for movies especially if you are looking for a good deal! Affordable yearly STUBS membership comes out around Memorial Day weekend! Friendly staff and clean theaters from my experience. I LOVE AMC!!!!

I am one who goes to the movies often. I really enjoy the AMC rewards membership. I love all the selection in terms of food and beverages, snacks, etc. and the great movie selection.

I don’t like the fact that you can only get one free refill when you pay so much to be a part of the membership a month.

Using this app is great but if you need to refine it could take you about six months to get it! While it's convenient and what they want us to do... Getting a refund for a canceled ticket(s)are a pain!!!

Love this theater and the AMC experience. What cost you one star is the cost of refreshments that are outrageously overpriced.

Monique provided my family and I exceptional customer service. Monique made sure we we were using our rewards through AMC Stubs. Her kindness and great service made our day at the movies all that more enjoyable.

I just thought it will be nice if we could see the theater map along with the seat number anytime . I can only see the map only when I book my ticket but I usually forget where I should be sitting if it’s in the middle or more to the right or left in the theater when I check in . :) Thank you !

My girlfriend and I love reserving our movie tickets on the AMC app because it’s so convenient, plus we get points and specials. The movie theater is always clean and the staff is so friendly.

Please stop charging these high convenience fees. My tickets totaled $6 and the online convenience fee was $3.98. That’s insane! Is it a $3 movie deal or not?!?! 🤨

The app is great except that the barcode won’t open for me to scan at the register or open tickets once we arrive. The same thing happening on my husbands phone, can only assume it’s a problem with our account?

Everyone was falling up and down the stairs because it was greasy like a fast food restaurant kitchen floor, smells like mildew and must. My flatbread tasted like freezer burn. Nothing like it used to be. However all of the staff were friendlier than ever. Moving quality was good also.
