I called zelle about some payment that I was supposed to receive the minute I heard the persons voice no offense I was skeptical. He made me download the app and was asking about the amount of money in my account I asked why he needed to know how much money was in my account he said to verify my account I said okay as I was giving him the code after downloading I started reading the reviews and boom hung up on him at that exact time and then locked my cards to my bank. ★★★☆☆Inconsistent
This app randomly closes the connection for no reason sometimes with the error “result_quit”. Even when I’m literally clicking something with the app open.
And then for some reason if you tab out it closes the connection after 5 seconds of inactivity. 5 whole seconds. It makes multitasking, ie checking information on your phone versus that on your PC, an absolute nightmare. And I have found nowhere to stop this from happening.
I also don’t like that there’s no quick copy and paste buttons.

Again , I don’t think the app is at fault but scammers most DEFINITELY use this. I had a problem with PayPal and lost $10,000 via this app. Everything about the scam was very fishy but the scammer told me that if I hung up on him, all my data would be exposed. I was SCAMMED.
