Before you rate/get this know that it’s not the company’s fault that people scam with it. This is a good app though, 10/10!

Almost got it! I’m dumb but, not plumb dumb!! I canceled before I allowed remote access, Thank God🙏🏼 Like someone else mentioned not the app designers fault!! Thank goodness I’ve got a Son that Taught me a bit to look out for!!

This app randomly closes the connection for no reason sometimes with the error “result_quit”. Even when I’m literally clicking something with the app open. And then for some reason if you tab out it closes the connection after 5 seconds of inactivity. 5 whole seconds. It makes multitasking, ie checking information on your phone versus that on your PC, an absolute nightmare. And I have found nowhere to stop this from happening. I also don’t like that there’s no quick copy and paste buttons.

Again , I don’t think the app is at fault but scammers most DEFINITELY use this. I had a problem with PayPal and lost $10,000 via this app. Everything about the scam was very fishy but the scammer told me that if I hung up on him, all my data would be exposed. I was SCAMMED.

I got scammed using this Appl via Amazon Prime Video representative. They used Anydesk and access my personal information from CashApp and took my money. Be careful!

Norton Virus billing scam used this app. I’m sure your app is legit but their intent was not.

I had recently received a PayPal email saying I had purchased a phone from a different state l, I called the number on the email and the apparent pay pal guy said I needed to download this app in order for me to cancel the order. As soon as I said I don’t feel comfortable using the app he hung up the phone I knew it was a scam people please beware there are ton of scammers out there pretending to be real companies trying to screw you over

I was asked to install this app by a scammer. This app seems excellent because they use it for taking other’s money. I was almost tricked but stopped at the last moment.

I really enjoy Anydesk. Accessing my computers remotely is a breeze. I even use it to help my friend and family with their computer issues.
