This is nuts – I can download it to my iPhone, but there’s no control in the App Store to enable me to download it to the iPad.
I can’t comment on the functionality, but this is incredibly annoying

Downloaded the app. Password doesn’t work, requested link to reset password. The link takes you back to the app where you start all over and doesn’t give you a page where you actually change your password.

Read all reviews
I have more than one physician that uses his portal. However, the App only allows me to log into the first doctor I added to the portal.
I have searched the portal, the developer website, and these reviews but cannot find any way to add a second physician to the portal. This prohibits me from checking in for upcoming appointments, seeing billing, and other options provided by this app.
