Download button missing for iPad

This is nuts – I can download it to my iPhone, but there’s no control in the App Store to enable me to download it to the iPad. I can’t comment on the functionality, but this is incredibly annoying

Difficulty signing into app Response given was error message

Not User Friendly

App isn’t as user friendly as I would like. Despite being 73 y/o, I’ve easily used computers since 1974. I’m not a physician thus the medication section is mostly too technical.

Appt

So I know I have an appt but when I go into the app even one day before my appt it says no upcoming appts this app is not working

Password Reset and Practice Switching

Not working - reset and set up practice links broken. Had to force it into mobile web

Changing Password

Downloaded the app. Password doesn’t work, requested link to reset password. The link takes you back to the app where you start all over and doesn’t give you a page where you actually change your password.

What if I have more than one doctor?

I have more than one physician that uses his portal. However, the App only allows me to log into the first doctor I added to the portal. I have searched the portal, the developer website, and these reviews but cannot find any way to add a second physician to the portal. This prohibits me from checking in for upcoming appointments, seeing billing, and other options provided by this app.

Impatient settings

The app is impatient, timing me out or changing the screen as I take time to retrieve data.

Exhausting

I have four doctors that use this app and I hate. I am sure it is cheaper than others that work better and are easier to use (i.e. My Chart). The practice id is a problem to use with my password app. I can’t check in as the app asks to complete check in but is has been impossible to continue past medical history. Do not recommend and pray for its ultimate demise
