The app was extremely difficult to get installed and set up. It took 3 days to finally get the code. Once I was successful in setting up the app it has been very useful.

What’s weird is that after you order the cab, there is no feedback about the status of the request or how long you’ll be waiting.
As a user, I want a status of my request and to know for certian that the taxi is coming so I can feel confident about my trip.
