The app said, “Your Rental is Ready”. I tapped Choose My Car Now but then it said, “Your chosen car is not available”. If there is no car, then the app should not show “Your Rental is Ready”. This has happened to me several times. Please fix the app so that it does not show a rental when there is no vehicle.

Ive got max status at all the rental car companies. Avis is good on customer service but i dont like the app, car picking process. Its a good idea to be able to pick cars but when you cant this is really just an annoying way of pretending you have an option. Herz program where you just get in a car is better, pick when you arrive rather than pick through an app.

The electric car that Avis provided, without my knowledge, was very challenging. I picked up the car at 5:30am with no attendees, and I did not know it was electric until I started driving it. However, I didn’t have a choice but to continue on my business trip. Not ever having an electric car was very challenging trying to find a place to charge it and being afraid I would run out of charge on my business trip. I am disappointed I received an electric car without my knowledge. The car was a nice

I love Avis services, everyone is very courteous and respectful, I also can use the app with no hangups. I honestly appreciate how I can make reservations online, I can call or go in person. More than anything I really appreciate the professionalism more than anything, thank you Avis.
★★☆☆☆Current reservations
Not working properly. I current have a rental for over 10 days and still hasn’t shown up as a current rental. Wondering if it will show up, if I have an issue, will Avis support me.
