I’ve tried on several occasions to add or change the credit card and the app won’t let me do so.

The most seamless Car Rental ever! Both pick up and drop off were a breeze. The Avis Representative, Janelle Aaron, was exceptionally helpful when I turned in my car. She patiently answered all my questions snd made such a positive impression with her expertise and helpful, congenial manner, I’ll be coming back to her Avis desk for all my future car rental needs! Highly recommend Jenelle at the Avis/ABE Office!

★★★★★ May show a rental available even if there is none

The app said, “Your Rental is Ready”. I tapped Choose My Car Now but then it said, “Your chosen car is not available”. If there is no car, then the app should not show “Your Rental is Ready”. This has happened to me several times. Please fix the app so that it does not show a rental when there is no vehicle.
