When looking online at a medical charge and you see the discount and the balance that’s owed and there’s a link for the EOB and you click on the EOB it’s never available. I find that unacceptable. I should be able to see the EOB immediately and be able to print it immediately. I’ve had a dispute with a hospital before over monies due and they wanted the EOB but I couldn’t print it so I had to wait weeks before it finally came the paper copy in the mail. In the meantime, I’m accruing interest ch
