Wow..what an easy process to complete.

My wallet was stolen and I was able to order a new card from this website! Thumbs up.

It’s slow and I can’t find a claim determination I’m looking for. Also finding individual out of pockets amounts is hard.

I’d like to know why the second opinion option program is advertised on the BCBSM website when the program is no longer available to member. I called the phone number displayed & was told by a representative that BCBSM NO LONGER HAS ANY AFFILIATION WITH WELVIE. It seems that the website manager is not updating the site.

I wish this app allows to add insurance card to our digital wallet. I know it is possible other states have this ability. Is this something that is being worked on?

Takes too long to load and being logged out every two days is annoying.

Some times I find when I search for care, and I make appointment after searching on the app, I find that the doctor is not covered under my insurance.

As I said in the title ….

Downloaded for iPad. 1st thing I noticed is that it would only display in portrait mode. That made my add on KB unusable for this app. When I tried to autofill my info so I could log in, that wouldn't work. Had to do it manually. ForDate of Birth: tapping in the date field brought up the current month's calendar with no way to enter the date. I did the latest update for iOS - that helped some. But not enough to be able to use the app. Worked OK on the iPhone. Doesn't seem to be broken.

The app logs in after more than a minute. Once you get in, still slow. You can’t add the cards to your wallet on the iPhone. Mostly useless.

This is a quick access tool but we are unable to print copies of our statements for other purposes. I attempted to reach out to find out how I could print them and was unable to get help because the online messaging is so limited.

Many times when I tried to look for information on the app, there is a problem, and the message says sorry there’s a problem try again some other time. So the App won’t open. I need to access the information at the time not at a different time! When there are updates, it’s hard to figure out how to use it to get access to the data that a person needs to see!
