★★☆☆☆ App Crashing

I like how I can schedule an appointment easily but the app crashes within a minute I’m in the app and it’s super annoying even trying to schedule literally anything.

The app constantly jams and is not intuitive at all.

This app makes my life so much easy. No need to carry insurance card, showing deductible info right on top, easy to find doctors. Great app.

When I open the app, it says under maintenance for weeks now. Is it really being worked on? How can I make an appointment for telehealth? I go to the website and it tells me the certificate cannot be trusted. I need refills for my medication 😱

Can no longer get the app to connect with Apple Wallet. Also, some of the estimate features do not work, especially for eye care.
