★★☆☆☆ It’s ok

Can no longer get the app to connect with Apple Wallet. Also, some of the estimate features do not work, especially for eye care.

Often crashes and shows “down for maintenance “. Not really reliable for real time use. Screen shot any important information to protect against App unreliability.

★★☆☆☆ Most frustrating App

Very frustrating app. Every time I open the app, it sends me to the website and the website gives me dead end links. I was excited for the thought of getting to use this app, but will just delete it off my phone and just call to BCBS instead when I need help.
