User Reviews and Ratings

★★☆☆☆ Terrible customer support
I love using these bikes to get to work but have unfortunately had terrible experiences with their customer support. If I didn’t get the bikes for free through my work, I would have cancelled my membership.
★★☆☆☆ New update loses functionality
In the old apps I simply had to go to my profile and it would show a blue bar at top showing when I checked a bike out. Now it's gone and have to go to another screen and decipher a ride history. Also, the new app doesn't start the map at your location, and you have to press the center icon on the map to do so. Also, there is less info per screen and you have to navigate more than you had to in the past. 2 stars for app design.
★★☆☆☆ App is missing serious features
You can login, but the app doesn’t offer a way to sign up/create account? Seriously? Garbage.
★★☆☆☆ False advertising
Too complicated of a process to sign up, plus false advertising on the price. The kiosk said 3.25 per half hour but that wants to charge $15 for a one hour pass, not including a $26 authorization fee that’s returned in one to three business days.
★★★★★ Loving This
We are enjoying seeing San Antonio on these bikes. They are a fun way to see the city and get off the beaten path. Will definitely do again and will see what other cities have this as an option from now on! One thing with the app though, a better you are here so you can see where you are and where you are going would be helpful.
