Loving This

We are enjoying seeing San Antonio on these bikes. They are a fun way to see the city and get off the beaten path. Will definitely do again and will see what other cities have this as an option from now on! One thing with the app though, a better you are here so you can see where you are and where you are going would be helpful.

Biking is fun

I love biking and I can find bikes using this

Listen up movers and shakers

So easy to hop on a bike and hop off at or close to your destination. The bikes could use a little work but they were easily adjustable and perfectly rideable.

Return is super easy; unlocking a bit clunky

Lots of stations being added so no issues of finding a bike to use in a very short distance walk. You’ll just have to learn the patten of which docks being very popular at what hours so you don’t have to try finding alternative docks to rent or return. Unlocking is a bit clunky and slow but return is super quick and easy. Gears are usually slipping so that means users are abusing the bikes (not intentionally but not understanding how to shift gears) I see big smiles on people who are riding thes

New update loses functionality

In the old apps I simply had to go to my profile and it would show a blue bar at top showing when I checked a bike out. Now it's gone and have to go to another screen and decipher a ride history. Also, the new app doesn't start the map at your location, and you have to press the center icon on the map to do so. Also, there is less info per screen and you have to navigate more than you had to in the past. 2 stars for app design.

App is missing serious features

You can login, but the app doesn’t offer a way to sign up/create account? Seriously? Garbage.

False advertising

Too complicated of a process to sign up, plus false advertising on the price. The kiosk said 3.25 per half hour but that wants to charge $15 for a one hour pass, not including a $26 authorization fee that’s returned in one to three business days.

App still says “dock bike to end ride”

A trips was mistakenly left open when the dock didn’t register the bike and the issue was resolved over the phone but the app still displays “dock bike to end ride”
