I have found that the selection on Bolt gives you the option to order a ride with air-conditioning and then there's a regular one that doesn't include the air-conditioning. The prices are different with the air-conditioning being greater. I've had several rides and elected the air conditioning and the drivers told me I have to pay extra if I want air-conditioning. I think a problem you need to resolve I am in Paraguay currently an issue here.
