It was working fine the first couple of months I was using it but recently itz been saying the region I’m in is unavailable but sometimes it works kinda a hit an miss but definitely works at times nd is amazing when it does.

Parking is severely restricted to the less popular areas of the city due to law changes. This is unfortunate for Bolt, but also inconvenient for someone to discover after already starting a ride. Good app and service otherwise.

The driver is so calm and amazing

I get it that drivers want money right away but why is it the user’s problem to deal with? The amount of times drivers cancelled on me last minute because I use card to pay is just annoying.

The price it says is NEVER the price I pay… more often than not it’s more than what the app says. Otherwise it’s an okay service.

I try booking for a ride and all the drivers tells me to cancel then later for me to realize bolt has blocked my account cause have cancelled so many times ; in the middle of no where

I have experienced horrors of riding with Yandex and Maxim (which are 2 main competitors in Georgia), but having bolt is blessing. Even though it costs 1-2 GEL more, it’s worth it. Thank you!

Most at times when you urgently need a ride, the cars are usually busy & finally when you manage to get a ride the drivers sometimes tell you to cancel it cause they don’t want to go to your location.
