I had no problems at all with the app. After reading other reviews I was surprised. It was easy to sign up, and easy to rent the bikes. We had a great ride around the River. Only thing to consider was the 60 minute limit before they start charging extra. We returned our bikes to a kiosk half way (45 minutes) through and sat by the river a bit and enjoyed the scenery. I think we could have just checked them back out again if we chose to. Also, funny it was $11 for a 30 day pass and $12.80 for a o
