CapMetro Bikeshare App Reviews

I use this everyday. Customer service is fast and understanding if you give them a call. This is the best decision I ever made coming to college.

I had no problems at all with the app. After reading other reviews I was surprised. It was easy to sign up, and easy to rent the bikes. We had a great ride around the River. Only thing to consider was the 60 minute limit before they start charging extra. We returned our bikes to a kiosk half way (45 minutes) through and sat by the river a bit and enjoyed the scenery. It’s the best choice if you want to go somewhere and you don’t want to wait for the bus or it’s easier to get by bike. I love there are plenty stations to pick and drop.

I had problems with the initial launch of this new app, but now everything works great. Also, the new bikes are awesome. 🤙

App and bike rental worked great. No issues. No clue what other reviewers are talking about.
