I don’t know who had the idea to default to an express option to have some AI choose the seats but it is not helpful and buys tickets in the exact seat number as a previous seat that was on the aisle (and that seat location is not on the aisle in the new theater) or it puts me in a seat between two handicapped seats.
If you need to keep this don’t make it the default, it makes it a longer transaction to have to change to manual and then choose our seats. Not a good upgrade.
