Fast and easy

I frequent this specific movie theater at least three times a week.. I pretty much know all the staff, and they always accommodate me.. This is my place of peace when I don’t wanna think about anything and enjoy coming and I’ve been coming here for years.

I always follow the Oscars , Cinema Mark usually show the movies nominated for Oscars.

Rhenapp is fine, but I feel like the sweepstake Prizes are fake. I’ve entered dozens and haven’t won one since I got the app and that’s over 10 years.

This monthly subscription is worth every penny and the tickets roll over and the discount on concessions is a great deal.

The new 3d cloraline was amazing & so is this app

I don’t know who had the idea to default to an express option to have some AI choose the seats but it is not helpful and buys tickets in the exact seat number as a previous seat that was on the aisle (and that seat location is not on the aisle in the new theater) or it puts me in a seat between two handicapped seats. If you need to keep this don’t make it the default, it makes it a longer transaction to have to change to manual and then choose our seats. Not a good upgrade.

The app has save me time and money when buying movie tickets I’m looking forward to experience the Dbox seats for the 1st time

The place is always so clean and the refreshments are always fresh. Everyone is so nice.

The movie club is a great way to enjoy movies. The discounts we save make going to the movies affordable in these inflationary times. The Cinemark at the Roseville Galleria is new, modern and spacious. Thanks for keeping movies affordable and fun for seniors.

I love cinemark. Love the app, love the theaters, love the movie club subscription. Movie club is one of the only subscription-based services that I actually will never cancel, as long as terms stay the same. The only improvement I can think of is adding the ability to use movie credits to redeem an equivalent value of food and drink. They let me do this in person at the register so I’m not sure why we don’t have the ability to do it in the app.

My Son Donovan loves this theater and the environments he gets so excited!!! He is autistic and I must say the Dbox seats have been so cool to him given the fact that he has sensory problems but he just prefer Cinemark theater he is also nonverbal so the fact that he actually said this movie theater now we’re just using you guys thanks for everything you guys do!!! sincerely Mom

For the last week- I have had numerous issues accessing the app or website - I had to call and get it fixed but that was troublesome. Missed my movie orders. I love Cinemark tho. Also it seems to take a long time to get to Platinum membership- I have been getting messages I’m close for the longest time.

Entertainment that is fantastic. Clean facilities, kind staff, great goodies, fabulous films all make for a wonderful experience. I love taking my parents to the classics, my husband to the action films my sister to the rom coms and my friends to everything in between. It’s a great way to get out, be entertained and leave with a smile! Special thanks to Cinemark for 5$ Tuesdays. You make sure everyone can enjoy the love of film!

Saving money and time is always good

I love cinematk. I finally joined the movie club and downloaded this app for the first time. It’s my first interaction with the app and I’m already frustrated. Twice I have received offers for cheap gas or an Apple Card. All I want to do is reserve seats add a movie in order food drinks and candy that pertain to that particular movie. If it keeps up, I’ll probably just go back to Fandango.

In a world where customer service can often be customer disservice my experience with this company from the beginning to the end has been spectacular

Seats are old and need recovered. The lobby, drink and concession area needs to be monitored and cleaned often.

Great App overall, the only thing is that it doesn’t always connect to the promotions from the App

What’s with the ads after I buy a ticket? I’ve paid for the movie club, I’ve paid for my tickets, I’ll pay for my concessions, why do you also need ad revenue?

You pay $9.50 for a matinee movie already (Southern California) so for $10 a month, you get no taxes on online ticket purchases. 1 free regular movie ticket a month. 20% off all concession items. And if you’re too busy to go see a movie that month, it rolls over. If you don’t get it, you’re probably stupid.

I love this app because I enjoy buying my tickets ahead of time and buying my snacks ahead of time as well. Can’t wait when they start bringing the food to my seats( lol) but you all rock keep up the good work 👍👍

Going to the 🍿 movies is so easy & convenient!

We love our date nights, and we always make sure we catch a movie. It wouldn’t be a date night without a good movie.

Each time I select a time for a movie, I immediately get an error loading page. If I tap to reload, I see the theater and the layout, along with filled seats, for a split second. No matter the number of reloads or reopening the app fixes this

I have been a member for quite long time. I have a number of accumulated credits, but to spend them I now find a service fee included. Adding the fee brings the price back to the original. No benefit to being a member any more. Stupid.
