The actual gameplay is quite fun, but Blizzard made the mistake of making everything about dopamine hits: the game is an endless stream of tap here, get this, do this, etc. There’s no end to the red dots of “something new”…it’s practically a mini-game trying to clear all the red dots. A non-fun mini-game. I don’t mind pay-to-win, but the sheer complexity of gems, charms, and general crafting is baffling and very un-fun. The more you play, the more confusing it gets.
