The service is always great there at this particular store. My biggest complaint is not at store level. It’s on the app. I’ve tried the last three times at least twice maybe three to use my points. I put the order in sent. It says it was accepted. They took my money, but the order isn’t there. And they can’t help me at store level so what can you do if you check my account you’ll see the last two times I’ve ordered my food. It’s taken my points again.
