There needs to be a way to delete favorites from the app.

The service is always great there at this particular store. My biggest complaint is not at store level. It’s on the app. I’ve tried the last three times at least twice maybe three to use my points. I put the order in sent. It says it was accepted. They took my money, but the order isn’t there. And they can’t help me at store level so what can you do if you check my account you’ll see the last two times I’ve ordered my food. It’s taken my points again. DD always hits the spot and they have way better coffee than the competition! You really taste the coffee in their drinks, not just the added syrups like the others!

We should be able to know if a store is out of something before we order. Many times I order ahead to beat the line but end up waiting because they aren’t able to make what I want because I didn’t know they were out of something.

I try to stop at the location in pleasantview Tn whenever possible because they’re one of the only location that serves coconut donuts and the young lady that alway serves me makes me feel very welcome due to the fact that she always remembers my order when I stop in.

I rarely use my app but when I do to get points on my purchases there is always an issue with how many times I use it in a day that causes ya to lock my account this is getting ridiculous and makes me not even want to utilize the app if there continues to be these issues

Dunkin is the best and they have really good food. But today, a pop up asked if I loved Dunkin. I of course said yes, and Dunkin said ‘thanks for the love.’ What kind of friendzone is that??

Great customer service

Lack there of in rewards can you make rewards so it’s actually a reward not limited to getting basic coffee nothing in it I mean seriously pay all the money for a joke of a reward system please for your customers thank us with real rewards like a coffee we would like we pay enough

Love that they remember you and order

I enjoy the app I use it to order on the go. Some days life is busy and you want to have a delicious cup of coffee. Order and run is about what you have time for. That’s why I use this app 2 times a day sometimes more.

Easy to use and great reward system

There is only private wifi at the Dunkin in Greeneville NY. Wth!! Can’t use the app if you can’t get on the wifi there!! Please call the manager there and tell them to have regular WiFi like every other Dunkin has please!

Should be more easier to eat ice coffees it takes over 11-13 of them just for one which adds up to over 3.61 each times 12 thats a lot

Though the app is good, it would be great to have it update what donuts the store has in stock. Latest visit had 2 out of the 6 I ordered through the app. Not getting what I wanted happens more often than not. Very disappointing & makes me not want to go as much if at all.

I’ve used the Dunkin app for years now and it’s treated me well, I just wish there was a way to tip the workers through the app, I usually don’t have small enough cash on me for tip money

Best service of the entire chain!

I go to Dunkin’ Donuts very frequent probably about four times a week. Sometimes I’m in a rush. I would love the ability to pre-order but when I order an extra large, I’m limited to 10 sugars when I normally take 16 please raise the limit of sugars to 20 for those of us that like our coffee very sweet. Thank you.

It’s great when it actually works. For several days now it has been “experiencing difficulties with online ordering” even with the most updated version.

This app was good until it wasn't. I had a new Dunkin' card and it worked completely fine ,but recently I bought two more because I liked the app so far then when i went to redeem my card, it wasn't working. The number pad was paused and wasn't working when I tapped a number. Please fix this I loved this app. Edit: I had this at 3 stars but I took to it to 2 stars.
