Im addicted o this coffee.

Love my Dunkin Donuts. Everything is always tasty. They never mess up my order & friendly. I don’t go anywhere else as long as I’m close to one.

Midnight used to be called Dark Roast and I loved it so whatever it’s called I Love it

I try to stop at the location in pleasantview Tn whenever possible because they’re one of the only location that serves coconut donuts and the young lady that alway serves me makes me feel very welcome due to the fact that she always remembers my order when I stop in.

The people who work here is so nice!

Looses points all the time. I redeem them and they don’t show up when I pay

I rarely use my app but when I do to get points on my purchases there is always an issue with how many times I use it in a day that causes ya to lock my account this is getting ridiculous and makes me not even want to utilize the app if there continues to be these issues

Dunkin is the best and they have really good food. But today, a pop up asked if I loved Dunkin. I of course said yes, and Dunkin said ‘thanks for the love.’ What kind of friendzone is that??

Great customer service

Lack there of in rewards can you make rewards so it’s actually a reward not limited to getting basic coffee nothing in it I mean seriously pay all the money for a joke of a reward system please for your customers thank us with real rewards like a coffee we would like we pay enough

Please add cappy blast to the mobile app.

Love that they remember you and order

I enjoy the app I use it to order on the go. Some days life is busy and you want to have a delicious cup of coffee. Order and run is about what you have time for. That’s why I use this app 2 times a day sometimes more.

Easy to use and great reward system

There is only private wifi at the Dunkin in Greeneville NY. Wth!! Can’t use the app if you can’t get on the wifi there!! Please call the manager there and tell them to have regular WiFi like every other Dunkin has please!

Should be more easier to eat ice coffees it takes over 11-13 of them just for one which adds up to over 3.61 each times 12 thats a lot

Once you figure out how to use it. It’s amazing! I save so much money when I use the app!

Though the app is good, it would be great to have it update what donuts the store has in stock. Latest visit had 2 out of the 6 I ordered through the app. Not getting what I wanted happens more often than not. Very disappointing & makes me not want to go as much if at all.

The Dunkin’ Donuts I go to in Glenmont New York is fantastic, the people are always friendly, and my order is always correct, and they love my dog!

I really love all the deals the app gives you. I think they did a great job with the updated version so you get points per visit. LOVE DD!

Love the app and coffee but the rewards cut was hard to take

I’ve used the Dunkin app for years now and it’s treated me well, I just wish there was a way to tip the workers through the app, I usually don’t have small enough cash on me for tip money

I love this place , the personal is the best in this place they work as a team ! Besides they are super fast ! Clean store ! Kind staff !

I like the app and think it has made GOOD improvements & advancements but I’m still not able to add different flavors to the same beverage when making a mobile order. As well it’s no way to redeem the free survey donut on the app. If those 2 things are added , changed or fixed in the app it would be PERFECT!!!!

Convenient, fast , on the go , accuracy

You need to add back the option of “no ice” when ordering ahead. Other than that all is good.

The staff at our local Dunks (86 Washington St Plainville MA) is absolutely the BEST! They are always friendly, helpful, and make sure my order is always right.

Great way to use app and get things on time. Happily use again for coffee and breakfast.

The app is really good, however it doesn’t always have updated info on what is not in stock. On several occasions I have had to substitute an item for something I had already paid for, or had to make a second stop for an alternative meal.

Got home to find no donuts for my grandkids. They were very sad to see DD and nothing for them 😩

I just visited DD and the coffee and service was awesome! It was ready on time as I ordered it on my app!. Thank You

It’s great when it actually works. For several days now it has been “experiencing difficulties with online ordering” even with the most updated version.

This app was good until it wasn't. I had a new Dunkin' card and it worked completely fine ,but recently I bought two more because I liked the app so far then when i went to redeem my card, it wasn't working. The number pad was paused and wasn't working when I tapped a number. Please fix this I loved this app. Edit: I had this at 3 stars but I took to it to 2 stars. One of my cards worked but my other one said the card pin or number was incorrect so I had a friend of mine say the numbers aloud an
