Convenient when it works but very glitchy.

I love the fact that you earn rewards for purchasing Enfamil products. They have amazing articles on the app that have helped me through being a first time mom with lots of questions and concerns.

I wanted to like this app but it glitches so much! It takes a long time for your points to show up when you upload your receipts. Also, I just found out that they expire 🤷🏻‍♀️. All of my points disappeared so I can’t save them to get anything so it’s impossible to get coupons 🙁

My receipts keep getting rejected even though it includes all the required information. It is quite frustrating.

★★★★☆ Good When Working

Good app when it is working well. There have been moments where points won’t refresh causing me to have to log out and back in. There has also been times where uploading an electronic receipt has not been working. However, when things are working as they should, it’s a great app for resources and occasional discounts (which are much appreciated)!
