Good app when it is working well. There have been moments where points won’t refresh causing me to have to log out and back in. There has also been times where uploading an electronic receipt has not been working. However, when things are working as they should, it’s a great app for resources and occasional discounts (which are much appreciated)!

I was buying at Walmart, this saves my money and it best brand I have used for my baby boy. He love and drink so good this formula brand. It is suitable for all. I would refer to my friends and family, thanks a lot of this brand for newborn and older.

The Rewards app has been an absolute game changer for my husband and I. We decided to exclusively formula feed since I’m a full time working mama, and we have yet to pay full price for a can of formula in the first two months of my son’s life. We also still have several more coupons left. If it wasn’t for the rewards app, I’m not sure what we’d do!

Happy overall with products and app, the only thing is it doesn’t always give you your rewards points when you read articles and give reviews of products. The app owes me a few hundred rewards points, but rather than that, I’m overall happy with everything else and our baby loves the NeuroPro infant formula.

I love this app and so happy I gave it a chance because I get points for my purchases on formula and when I have enough points, I get rewards! Like a $20 coupon which helps a lot with two babies!

They will send you a gift box full of samples to figure out what formula works best for your baby

Even the $5 discounts they send me in the mail helps. Can save up points and get special offers $30 and $25 off Enfamil or cash rebates. Thank you so much especially for people who struggle. I was strictly breastfeeding and not concerned with having formula initially. After taking a medication my milk almost entirely dried up. It was very sad to me, but I had to begin formula. As a new mother I was concerned about the costs of formula. Thankfully Enfamil had sent me lots of coupons, even before I had the baby, some $25 off, $15, $5. They helped so much. I’ve been stockpiling my points and I finally checked out the rewards and what a joke. Everything is sold out except getting a rebate but you have to upload a receipt even though you got the points from uploading receipts! Weird.

With my first, we only used Enfamil. Now with our second, we are both breastfeeding and supplementing. In both cases, Enfamil has always been there for us with great products.

I wish I had known about it sooner!

I wanted to like this app but it glitches so much! It takes a long time for your points to show up when you upload your receipts. Also, I just found out that they expire 🤷🏻‍♀️. All of my points disappeared so I can’t save them to get anything so it’s impossible to get coupons 🙁

My receipts keep getting rejected even though it includes all the required information. It is quite frustrating.

App wouldn’t allow me to input anything information a error always pop up so I thought to use actual website and still same issues and I was disappointed because I was really looking forward to using it because I’m due next month.

It’s really frustrating that the app is constantly being forced to close, never updates, takes really long to process anything. Such a headache for simply getting money back for all the money we spend on formula 🙄

This app has been so glitchy, logs me out constantly, then won’t log me back in, and super slow when navigating the pages. It’s really frustrating.

Every time I open the app and try to use my points or upload a receipt it doesn’t show I have any points and it won’t load for me to upload a receipt

It’s frustrating since I open the app to read it’s articles but I’m always getting logged out

The app is very slow and glitchy. They have great rewards but they are basically always sold out! I have been able to get lucky just once and redeem a reward what must have been the exact moment that they reloaded it but otherwise the points are basically useless since there are almost never really any rewards available.
