Express Scripts

Prices are much higher than my previous mail order pharmacy and not as user friendly website.

The app is very clunky and confusing needs a lot of work.

Thank you Express Scripts for seeing that all my meds are current and dispensed on schedule.

Very hard to read when each letter takes up the whole page

I’m using this app on my iPad Air and generally find it a hassle to use. Useful information such as dates and refill quantities, which should be made obvious, can be difficult to find, and the prescription view is ridiculous. I’m low vision, but the type size of your prescription list is huge, to the point of being silly. This app needs to be completely reimagined from a design perspective; a clear focus on the customer experience would be a big help.
