Express Scripts App Reviews

When I go to order one medicine, there are at least 2 prescriptions to choose from. How do I delete the one I think is a duplicate?

I don’t get my important meds through EX-S, although ,my insurance requires me to get one of my scripts through EX-S or it’s ridiculously expensive. Plus EX-S is a lot more expensive than the drug store. It also takes quite a long time for delivery.

This site/app is extremely easy and convenient and wonderful to use. There are no issues or hassles and completely amazing!!!

Love receiving all my meds by mail. Easy to keep up with and receive in a timely manner.

The app is convenient to use & they deliver pretty quickly. I wish they would give you more info on which med you are ordering since they are mixed with spouse. Also would be nice to delete meds you no longer use.

Could not be happier with Express Scripts. The app makes things very simple and if I need customer service it is easy to access.

Last script, with Humana Military Tricare, it took 10 days to receive a prescription. TEN DAYS. They should rename company SNAIL SCRIPTS. ================================= This time: -JUNE 5, they sent me emails stating remember that script in the system. … -WED, JULY 10, I ordered the script. App said they would have to get the doc to allow Express Scripts to fill it! … -FRIDAY, JULY 12, Express Scripts app stated that they had the RX and would process it soon. … -MONDAY, JULY 15 @ 4PM CENTR

Sometimes it is a bit confusing. The interface is not very clear when trying to refill and turn on automatic refills.

I signed in to place my order using my face. I was distracted and didn’t place my order right away. When I went into the app and tried to use Face Recognition, I was told “Face Not Recognized.” This was frustrating!

Every time I try to use find a pharmacy it is down. Finding information from calling individual pharmacy isn’t working either because they say call your insurance! Very frustrating!!

It’s so convenient to keep up with medication

Every three months is the same old same old I have to call and renew my medication when it’s supposed to be done automatically so now I’m out of my medicine this is ridiculous

My Doctor ordered medications and Express Scripts won’t sell them to me. I went to Publix Pharmacy and they gave them right away. They do give me some of my medication.

The list of prescriptions is difficult to understand in the app without hiding some prescriptions. Surely there is a way to reconcile this by automatically removing prescriptions replaced by new ones from the ordering section of the website. If this is annoying to me, surely it is more confusing to someone with less ability to look through this app design. Some medicines are prescribed every 30-90 days to determine if the dosage needs to be changed, therefore the doctors send new ones at the nex

I’ve used express-scripts for one of my medications. The price offers me more medications for a cheaper price than any pharmacy. My only complaint is that it takes a really ling time to get my medication. I find that stressful and wish they would expedite the process. I don’t understand why it should take 10 BD to get my medication.
