★★★★★Absolutely awesome app!
This app was a wonderful find and it was a pleasure to pay the yearly fee! Thank you for such a great app!
★★★★☆Scan photos from negatives!
Pretty cool app if you have negatives but not the actual photos. You can create new photos using the negatives. Its best if you have the device or light box needed to do so properly. You can use your phone as one, however the quality is compromised, in my opinion. Only a 3day free trial. Still pretty awesome I had lost a certain photo or 2 I liked and was able to use this app to recreate the photos from the negatives. Quality wasn’t as great as originals, but hey, they were otherwise lost and no
★★☆☆☆Better then nothing
It mostly does what they say, just not very well. It only works for 35mm. Forget 120 or anything else you might want to digitize. Forget slides, they want to sell you another app for those. It doesn’t do very well with black and white. If you don’t hold the phone flat over the negative at exactly the right height, it distorts the image. It will generate a positive image from a negative (at least a 35mm negative), but it doesn’t look very good. But hey, at least it’s expensive!
★★★★★FilmBox review
Love this app. My parents had a bunch of negatives that just sat in the bottom of their box of photos, and worse for the wear. This app brought them all back to life. I even found some negatives that were from the 1930s, and the pictures from them turned out better than the negatives from the 1970s.
I highly recommend this app!
