This app is amazing. It has motivated me to actually do my daily tasks, which I struggle to do usually. My adhd absolutely LOVES finch. I’ve only been using it for a few days but I can tell you so much has changed. There’s also helpful journaling/reflection prompts which I have found to be so helpful. I honestly could not recommend this app more. I immediately sent it to all of my friends and family bc I think it would help everyone!!!
