My new fav app! It is just perfect, especially the free version having a decent amount of access to the features. Would recommend

This is honestly one of the best mental health apps i have seen. I love the fact it isnt streak based and how its overall built. Its made to keep you coming back to it. And overtime how it personalized to you is great. Plus even though it does ask you to get a subscription you dont need it. I love how you still have access to most of the features without the subscription and its not in your face asking for your money all the time. The cute bird mascot makes the app all the better. This app is amazing. It has motivated me to actually do my daily tasks, which I struggle to do usually. My adhd absolutely LOVES finch. I’ve only been using it for a few days but I can tell you so much has changed. There’s also helpful journaling/reflection prompts which I have found to be so helpful. I honestly could not recommend this app more. I immediately sent it to all of my friends and family bc I think it would help everyone!!!

This app helped me through the loss of a very special pet.

So my friend had said to me you should get finch than she explained it to me and I quickly got it I set up 12 goals for myself to finish everyday so basically you have to name and color a penguin my penguin is pink and her name is Penelope and your friends can come visit you she also gives me positive messages and asks me how I’m doing finch is a great app because if your feeling lonely you always have her/him/them

I love it! It creates a great way for people to get through the day and slowly start to take care of themselves the way they need to.

It’s a useful app but the widget is always a grey square since the latest update.

This app is so cute! Total Tamaguchi vibes for us 90’s babies but I love how it reminds me to check in and self-care. As a mom of 2, my schedule is hectic and I always put myself last—this app reminds me to take care of myself too and the little blurbs are adorable so of course you wanna take care of them too. LOVE IT, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This is a great game. This helps so much with mental health and got me more focused and motivated to do stuff and get things done. Even if you don’t have finch plus you can still do a lot of things with the game. Over all one of the best apps I have ever had:)

I currently do not have finch plus but honestly don’t think it’s necessary, this app is so motivating and fun. I am finding myself being much more productive. Definitely recommend for anybody!!

It really helps seeming my finch and loving her. She loves me and wants to know more about how I’m feeling! There is no passwords or any thing so it doesn’t take that information.

I love using Finch! Me and Duck check in everyday! Duck is my finch, and they are an amazing birb! One suggestion, for a new place. If you would like to add a new place to travel, I suggest Dublin, Ireland. I think that adding that would be so cool! Finch is fantastic at helping you little by little, drinking water, setting goals, deep breathing; I can’t begin to express how helpful this app has been! It always helps when I’m having an anxiety attack, and the little pride flags and occasional visits from Finch team members always brighten my day and ease dysphoria. 10/10, so adorable and calming!

AMAZING app! I love it so much! My only complaint is that sometimes I get a notification saying someone is visiting me, but when I go into the app there’s no “see who’s visiting” button.

I’ve done a review a few times and I love finch so much. Once thing I’d like to see though is our finch going back home after they complete their adventure. I don’t like only seeing my finch’s room when she wakes up.

I just wanted to thank the developers of this app. It has made life less of a rollercoaster. If I’m feeling under the weather, I can always come to this app for venting or how my day was without any judgement. I feel more comfortable with myself, it also in a way helps me get to know myself.

I really enjoy all the writing prompts. I feel like it’s bringing me back to the type of journaling I would do in middle school and highschool and it feels very cathartic.

This app has been so helpful not only keep track of my mood, and make sure I get things done. But it also helps me make sure and remember what I tell my health professionals, since I do not have the best memory. The community behind this app is beyond astonishing. The Facebook group is so supportive, the creators even take in suggestions as what could make the app better. My finch makes me feel so much better in tough situations, and it's so much nicer to write it all down. However, I have been experiencing a thing worth noting in my widget feature where it would just turn grey every time it needs an update. Please fix this!
