★★★☆☆App COULD be so good, a one stop shop
I WANT to use the app more exclusively, but I still have to use the web browser version for better functionality. The app logs you out constantly with errors frequently when using. It’s been a glitch that has lasted for a year now, and yes I’m updated and have switched devices, this is not unique. The app has so much potential. Please have it working better and please allow more rewards, the rewards system is the only reason I choose to buy games from GS (aside from the incredible pro week sales
★★☆☆☆It’s good, but I am having a issue with it
I use this app quite often, but after a month of using it, it logged me out of my account and when I try to sign back in. It keeps saying “time token has expired” so I can’t get back to my account.
★★★★★Fix app please
The iOS, GameStop app for iPhone 14+, in the my orders section for my graded card. There is no longer a link that will show my card and give me the stats on my card. The app is fully updated but no longer works for that function, can you please fix this thank you and I will still give you a five star rating.
★★☆☆☆Fix your app
Everytime i choose store pickup it reverts to shipping.
★★★☆☆Great app, many minor flaws
I am overall satisfied with this app but there are many issues. My biggest one is not being able to add the Nintendo Switch 2. (Not the MKW bundle.) it just says find a store. I find my store, it says in stock but I can’t confirm it or add to cart.
