Wow I opened the app and said is this the best app?
hard to search cards. especially the search tab with the graded card row doesn’t work when I click on it

They have definitely improved their app. I constantly buy and never have an issue. The items ship even faster than amazon!
People complaining about app not functioning need to update their stuff. Everything works great, cart works fine, and there are tons if great deals daily. There is massive value in having a worldwide inventory at your fingertips, and going in the store is even better with personalized service and recommendations from helpful staff. Having a membership rewards you with monthly gift cards and even better value. Cant recommend strongly enough!
Products are getting better, warranties are getting better, app is gaining traction. Company is profitable. Very excited for the future.

I have made various orders from Gamestop, one of the times I recieved the wrong game and so I immediately contacted customer support. It was part of a promotion so I wont blame the employees on the other end. The customer support guy on the other end was amazing and let me keep the wrong game even though I offered to return it, and sent me the correct game. ( I ordered Fallout 4 and recieved Fallout 76, I wouldnt have went to customer support had I owned an online memebership to play it, which I
I am having trouble trying to place an order after I put a gift card in. I know that the card works and everything the system knows it’s a good card but the button to place an order is greyed out and I can’t press the button to make my purchase.
This App needs MAJOR work. I’ve used it multiple times to buy things in the past, but now you can’t search for anything your looking for without it saying “no results found.”
Digital purchases can take a while just to get some codes…
Got the app cause the item I wanted wasn’t in stock on the website. It was a few cents less on here. It arrives within a few days. It would be nice to have a “save for later” option tho.
When I order a game on the app then I put in the number it says something is wrong 😑

I love shopping in person but when my local stores don’t have what I’m looking for this app is great! Everything I have ordered has come fast and exactly as ordered!
It worked great until today and it doesn’t want to load the app. Says to reload the app or reinstall it from the App Store, did both and still doesn’t work.
The developers do actually care and respond to you if you have issues. They also have been making it incrementally better over time. Gotta appreciate that they listen to feedback from people! Great app, great store, great company.
This app really has improved over the last half a year but there are two things that would be nice to have. First off is letting employees apply their discount in app. I end up adding stuff to my cart with this app then jumping over to the website to apply my discount and checkout. Second would be to bring back trade estimates in the app. I really liked that feature and it would help customers to have this feature so less of them end up calling the store instead of finding the values of games
I like shopping for Nintendo Switch games and Amiibo at GameStop, but while they support Apple Pay at their stores, they don’t support Apple Pay on their app here, which is kind of disappointing to me. I wish GameStop can add Apple Pay support for their app too.

Non stop improvements all across the entire company, and the app has come a long way in the last couple years.

Not letting me login to my account after I reset my password. Website works, but the app isn’t.
I can’t use my mobile app or the website to make a return, it just glitches out when I try to click the return button, but as soon as I interact with any other button it does exactly what it says.
Gamestop is definitely the most unappealing place to shop for games. I only will buy once in a blue moon for a preorder bonus or Black Friday deal. Compared to best buy or even Walmart and amazon, the prices are quite high with Gamestop and you’re just better off shopping literally any of those other retailer’s instead. I can’t even sort my online searches through their website from Price: Low to High but every other search filter works. How ironic. Lame deals and it seems they make it hard to f
